Description

NDP133C4KCFZ is a high efficiency, monolithic synchronous step-down DC/DC converter integrated with multiple USB Dedicated Charging Protocol. The step down converter is Capable of delivering up to 3.0A continuous load with excellent line and load regulation over input voltage range of 8V to 30V.

The integrated USB Dedicated Charging protocol complies with PD3.2.

The NDP133C4KCFZ features full protection include hiccup, cycle by cycle current limiting, input over voltage protection, vout under voltage protection, vout over voltage protection, and thermal regulation.
